Dr. Mario Tournament

Cost: $10
Prize Pool: Percentage based on participants.
Website: General Information

In 1990, Nintendo capitalized on the runaway success of Tetris by releasing Dr. Mario. Dr. Mario differed from Tetris by changing the dynamic of player vs the game to player vs player. Rather than strictly focusing on levels and points, the goal while playing Dr. Mario is to be the first player to clear his or her playfield of dancing viruses. Players can also affect one another’s games pulling off combination chains, which slow opponent progress. ReplayRx intends to bring together Dr. Mario players from throughout the galaxy to determine who is the best!
