Transportation from the Pittsburgh International Airport is both easy and inexpensive. Attendees have the option of renting a car from one of the rental agencies available or relying on easily available public transportation.
Attendees traveling from out of town should consider saving money by not renting a vehicle. The location for ReplayFX was chosen specifically due to the wide range of restaurant and entertainment options within Pittsburgh’s Cultural District and the nearby North Shore Riverwalk. We encourage attendees to do more than just visit Pittsburgh, enjoy it!
Attendees should ride the 28X Airport Flyer operated by the Port Authority of Pittsburgh. This bus leaves approximately every 30 minutes from the lower level of the airport’s landside building, door #6. Passengers should exit at the “Downtown Pittsburgh” stop at 7TH AVE & WILLIAM PENN PL, which is only 1/3 mile from the Convention Center and recommended hotels.
The Yellow Cab Company operates a regular pickup schedule from the airport and will cost around $38. Lyft and Uber also operate within the City of Pittsburgh and will offer rides to and from the Convention Center for as low as $29.
Passengers should ask to be taken to the “David L Lawrence Convention Center” or to their hotel of choice. Please note that our recommended hotel, the Westin, is physically connected to the Convention Center.
Several downtown hotels are within easy walking distance. Attendees arriving from out of town who choose to stay at these locations have the option of not renting a car and still being able to access ReplayFX, restaurants, and additional entertainment.

Pittsburgh’s city-wide Pneumatic Pipeline Distribution is a new mode of travel for on-the-move businessmen and women who don’t have time to wait for bus schedules or taxis. The fine workers from Supertube Inc. are preparing to lube you up, stuff you inside one of their tiny plastic carriers, and blast you through a city-wide network of tubes at hundreds of miles per hour.
The series of tubes is still under construction, but the majority of the track between the Airport and ReplayFX is scheduled to be finished by late 2018. While Supertube can’t guarantee with 100% accuracy where customers will end up until the pipelines are complete, they promise with 100% certainty that wherever you go, you’ll get there SUPERFAST!
